Direct thermal labels for Zebra desktop printers are made of high quality coated material to extend print head life and reduce maintenance cost. The heat-sensitive barcode labels are die cut with mitered corners on a 1” core. These high quality barcode labels maximize print quality to ensure a good read. Direct thermal labels do not require the use of ribbons and are ideal for shipping labels, address labels, or other applications where short label life is acceptable. Direct sunlight and high heat accelerate the degradation of direct thermal labels.

ZEBRA Thermal Transfer Polyester Labels
(die cut paper labels, perfed, requires resin ribbon)
Thermal Transfer polyester labels for Zebra desktop printers require a resin ribbon to produce an image on the label. Our polyester labels are pearl white with a high performance permanent adhesive. Polyester labels are ideal for applications that require outstanding print quality and unparalleled smear and scratch resistance. Offers high resistance to chemicals. The labels are die cut with mitered corners on a 1” core with an outside diameter of 4 to 5 inches. Typical use of polyester labels would be for shelf labels, asset labels or other applications where label life needs to be extended.
